Overview
This research will aim to help improve clinical understanding of the natural history and disease progression of conditions related to a mutation in the PIK3CA gene. Natural history is the way a condition develops over time. Researchers will focus on a number of factors, including assessing what current treatments and interventions are helping families manage these conditions, and any associated complications. They will also look at use of healthcare services and resources by patients and caregivers affected by PROS.

The goal of this study is to understand the patient journey and natural history of PROS conditions.
